Reliability
ZIRKEL’s network infrastructure is intelligently built with failover equipment and secondary data routes that keep your internet live even during a disruptive event. While we will be the first to admit that our network is not perfect (no network is), we’ll do everything we can to effectively communicate the problem and get things back up and going as quickly as possible. And we’re always upgrading and tweaking the network for improved performance.
Hardware & system redundancy (and once again, using high quality equipment) has made our internet service the most resilient in the Valley. Imagine that video streaming, emails, and live gaming are all vehicles traveling on a highway (the internet). Some ISPs only use one highway, so while they are trying to fix their bridge that just collapsed, we have already provided multiple detours with the same “ETA” for our commuters.

The “other guys” that sell plans of “up to 100mbps” are really saying (*occasionally you might get 100mbps but don’t be upset if you only see 15mbps, because your plan clearly states “up to”.)
