I give them 5 stars because of customer service and how they honestly want to help you. It took 6 months for us to figure out a way to get Zirkel into us. Most companies would’ve shrugged shoulders and walked away but not the team at Zirkel. We now have proper Internet, my daughter can Skype with her teachers and my husband can game online.
